CHAMPIONSHIP ACTION

Best of luck to our Junior hurlers and team management as the face Newtown in the JB2 hurling championship tomorrow evening in Shanballymore. Please note the earlier throw in time of 7pm (ET to be played in the event of a draw). The lads have prepared well with a big effort put in by all involved over the last couple of months.

Well done to Kilara Og U21 footballers and team management after a close one point victory 3-12 to 1-17 over Liscarroll/Churchtown Gaels after extra time in a highly entertaining encounter, played in Kilavullen last Tuesday night (July 20th)

JULY REBELS BOUNTY

The July Rebels Bounty draw will take place tonight (July 29th) at 7.30pm in Páirc Uí Chaoimh  with a top price of €20,000. The event will be livestreamed from the official Cork GAA website and official social media channels. Best of luck to all our draw members.

LOTTO JACKPOT €10,600

There was no winner of this week’s lotto jackpot of €10,400 held on Monday July 26th. The numbers drawn were: 01, 06, 20 and 25. The lucky dip winner of €50 was Pamela Maher c/o online. The lucky dip winners of €25 each were: Aisling O’Connor c/o online, Richard O’Gorman c/o Brian Carey, Aidan Baragry c/o online.  Next week’s jackpot on Tuesday August 3rd (due to the bank holiday weekend) is €10,600. KILWORTH GAA GOLF CLASSIC

This year’s Kilworth GAA Club golf classic will be held in Fermoy Golf Club on Friday September 10th 2021. As always all monies taken in during the event are set aside specifically for developments within the club ground’s.

The details of the event are as follows; Date: Friday 10th September 2021, Venue: Fermoy Golf Club, Players: 3 players per team, Format: 3 ball scramble (each players drive to count a minimum of 3 times), Entry Fee: €150.00 per team, Inclusions: Entry to Golf Classic, Refreshments, Meal on Completion of round.
