Club membership for 2022 is now open on the GAA membership site ‘Foireann’ and we would ask that you pay your membership as soon as possible. All players and management teams must be paid up member in advance of returning to training / playing games. PLAYERS FUN RUN RAFFLE RESULTS

The Kilworth GAA players Fun Run/Walk raffle, deferred from New Year’s Day, took place following our weekly lotto draw on Monday night. The lucky prize winners were as follows; 1st - €400, Tom Holt, 2nd - €200, Arthur Coughlan, 3rd - €100 One4All voucher – Garry Burke, 4th – Bottle of Jameson, John Heggtveit, 5th Bottle of Roe whiskey, Eadaoin Tobin, 6th 2*tickets Guinness Storehouse, Faidh O’Connor, 7th - 2*tickets Guinness Storehouse, Aoife Gowen. Thanks again to all those who supported the event and the raffle. Thanks also to the players and co-ordinator Noel McNamara on organising another successful event that will help greatly with team expenses for the season ahead. 

LOTTO STANDS AT €15,600

There was no winner of this week’s lotto jackpot of €15,400 held on Monday January 17th the numbers drawn were: 11, 15, 25 and 26. The lucky dip winner of €50 was Earl Byrne c/o Online. The lucky dip winners of €25 each were; John Browne Snr c/o Ber Wheeler, Marion Millward c/o Online, Joe Doran c/o Sq. Cup.

VOTES OF SYMPATHY

Michael Condon RIP

The club would like to extend its deepest sympathy to the Condon family, Australia and Kilworth and the Finn and Howard families Kilworth following the death of Michael Condon in Australia. Michael a former club player was part of the historic 1967 county junior hurling championship winning panel and also a member of the historic first North Cork Novice football winning side of 1964. Ar dheis De go raibh a anam. 

Sympathies are also expressed to the Aherne family Kilworth and Fermoy and the McCarthy family Glanworth, following their recent bereavement.
